SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

The shipping costs in this order do NOT include additional charges which may be assessed by the freight carrier if:

• The delivery address is located outside a regular service area;
• The delivery requires special equipment and/or is not tractor-trailer accessible;
• Additional men are required to safely perform delivery services at the delivery location;
• Extra site time is required at the delivery location;
• The delivery location has extraordinary conditions - such as stairs, distance to truck greater than 100' or difficult access.

If the correct item was shipped and subsequently is returned, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping charges plus a 25% restocking fee.
