CELLARPRO DEPOSIT TERMS & CONDITIONS

You are responsible for round trip shipping costs (per the terms of our warranty). We require a deposit prior to shipment of replacement equipment to ensure the safe return within 60 days of the original equipment. If the original equipment has been altered, neglected or mistreated, some or all of the deposit may be withheld. If we find that the unit failed due to environmental conditions, improper installation or improper use, the cost to repair the unit (time and materials) will be deducted from the deposit.
