Cancellation and Return Policies




Satisfaction Guaranteed

Our goal is to exceed your expectations. If you purchase your wine cabinet from Le Cache, we offer the following satisfaction guarantee:
  1. We will respond to and answer your questions quickly and thoroughly;
  2. We will provide brochures, wood samples* and detailed product information to assist you in your purchase decision - to request information and/or wood samples*, please complete a brochure request;
  3. Our product pricing will be simple, straighforward and easy-to-understand;
  4. We will send to you an order notification that confirms your order immediately after you place your order;
  5. We will ship your in-stock wine cabinet within 3-5 business days from the time you place your order;
  6. If your wine cabinet is not in stock, we will notify you immediately and provide an estimated date of shipment;
  7. We will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped;
  8. We will send detailed Delivery and Inspection and Order Tracking information once your order is shipped;
  9. If your wine cabinet is damaged during the freight process, we will work with the freight company as your advocate; and
  10. We will follow-up to make sure your wine cabinet arrived safely and is working properly.
*Please remember that our wine cabinets are hand-stained, so wood stain samples can vary.


Cancellation Policy

If you purchase your wine cabinet from Le Cache, you may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund provided that your order has not been shipped. If you want to cancel your order, please call Customer Service at 1.877.532.2243. If you purchase your wine cabinet from an authorized dealer, please refer to that dealer's cancellation policy for more information.


Return Policy

If you purchase your wine cabinet from Le Cache and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange, refund or credit. To initiate a return, please call your dealer, or if you purchased your wine cabinet directly from Le Cache, call us at 1.877.532.2243. Merchandise must be returned in new condition and in original packaging with a copy of your receipt. You are responsible for arranging the return shipment of the product. You are responsible for all shipping charges. Unless the wrong item was shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded. If you purchase your wine cabinet from one of our authorized dealers, please refer to that dealer's return policy for more information.

We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the returned wine cabinet is damaged. Products that are returned damaged or without proper packaging materials are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any cost to repair the wine cabinet.
