Moving Instructions

Le Cache wine cabinets must always be shipped in the upright position. During transit, we recommend supporting the wine cabinet doors by placing blocks underneath the doors to prevent the hinges from bending.

Doors can be removed to facilitate moving the wine cabinet. If the doors are removed and transported separate from the wine cabinet, they should be shipped on their sides to avoid vertical pressure on the glass and to protect the top and bottom hinge pins from damage.

The wine cabinet may be tipped forward, backwards or on its side to get through a doorway. However, the wine cabinet never should be pushed or pulled or lifted by its doors, because damage may result to the hinges, door and/or frame of the wine cabinet.
