Breezaire Out-of-Warranty Instructions

If your Breezaire wine cooling unit fails after the warranty period expires, you can pursue any of the following options:

OPTION 1: CONTACT BREEZAIRE TO REPAIR YOUR WINE COOLING UNIT

OPTION 2: PURCHASE A REPLACEMENT CELLARPRO WINE COOLING UNIT

CellarPro wine cooling units are designed to be interchangeable with Breezaire 1060 and 2200 wine cooling units (top and rear vent units). In addition, CellarPro wine cooling units come with electronic temperature control, adjustable humidity control and many extra features that are not available on Breezaire cooling units. CellarPro wine cooling units also include a 5-year warranty direct from CellarPro and, under this warranty, we'll send a replacement unit to you before asking you to return your wine cooling unit to us, so that your wine doesn't go unprotected. If you decide to purchase a replacement CellarPro cooling unit from Le Cache, you can place your order online.

You also may purchase a replacement cooling unit from a Breezaire dealer. If you decide to purchase a Breezaire cooling unit, make sure to specify the ventilation requirements for both the intake and exhaust, as well as the configuration of the power cord (Breezaire's standard configuration has the power cord located at the front of the cooling unit, whereas you'll likely need the power cord to be located at the rear of the cooling unit.) Make sure to ask about the warranty - what's covered, who provides the service, how much it will cost, etc. Good luck!

OPTION 3: CALL A QUALIFIED LOCAL TECHNICIAN

You can call a qualified local technician to repair your wine cooling unit. To find an authorized Breezaire technician, go to Breezaire's website and click on "dealers" (or click here). Be sure to ask for a quote before authorizing any repairs - you may find that it's almost as expensive as replacing your wine cooling unit.
