Troubleshooting SYMPTOM
My cooling unit keeps turning off. WHAT'S HAPPENING
The cooling unit is equipped with a protection mechanism, which will turn off the compressor if the temperature exceeds 75° F. The protection mechanism is activated 45 minutes after the cooling unit is plugged in. If temperature is not reduced below 65° F within 45 minutes, the compressor will turn itself off. You may also see a lit decimal point in the lower right corner of the display. The cooling unit cannot cool more than 25° F below the temperature of the air at the top of the wine cabinet. During hot weather conditions and in extreme environments, the air temperature insde the wine cabinet may rise to 75° F during the hottest hours of the day. WHAT TO DO
If you continue to have problems, please submit our Breezaire Inquiry Form and we'll respond to you within 24 hours.
