If you need troubleshooting assistance, please answer all the questions below, and we'll be respond by the end of the next business day.

BEFORE FILLING OUT THIS FORM:
  • Unplug the unit for half an hour, and, if using a bottle probe, disconnect it.
  • Plug in the cooling unit and let it run for 10 minutes (leave the bottle probe disconnected).

Tools Required: External thermometer. If troubleshooting a CellarPro cooling unit, make sure that both the fan and snowflake icons are lit when taking temperature measurements.
