If you are having problems with your wine cooling unit and need troubleshooting assistance, please complete the form below (please answer all the questions), and we'll be sure to respond by the end of the next business day.
BEFORE FILLING OUT THIS FORM:
- Unplug the unit for half an hour, and, if using a bottle probe, disconnect it.
- Plug in the cooling unit and let it run for 15 minutes (leave the bottle probe disconnected).
Tools Required: External thermometer. Using the external thermometer, please take all temperature readings at the same time.
